摘 要:为探讨不同褪黑素水平对禽类机体免疫系统的调节作用,通过控制不同光照条件分三组(分别是短光照组6h,对照组12h,长光照组18h)饲养鸡45只、鸭45只,采用翼下静脉采血,用经典血细胞计数法(WBC)测定鸡、鸭外周血白细胞数;用放射免疫法(RIA)测定褪黑素水平,用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)测定血清中干扰素(γ-IFN)含量变化,研究不同褪黑素水平对鸡、鸭外周血白细胞消长规律和γ-IFN含量变化的影响。结果表明:短光照组的鸡、鸭血中褪黑素水平明显升高,长光照组的血中褪黑素水平明显降低,且与对照组相比,差异显著;短光照组的鸡、鸭血中白细胞数、γ-IFN含量由于褪黑素水平的升高而明显升高,长光照组的则明显下降,分别与对照组相比,差异显著。结论:由于控制光照时间使内源性褪黑素水平不同,褪黑素水平对鸡、鸭外周血白细胞数和γ-IFN含量有显著影响。In order to discuss the adjust function to immune system of avian by the different level of melatonin,45 chickens and 45 ducks were fed in different lighting by assigning 3 groups (short lighting group 6 h,control group 12 h, long lighting group 18 h). Then the white blood cells (WBC,leucocytes) were checked in peripheral blood by the common WBC method,the levels of melatonin were checked by RIA and the contents of γ-IFN were checked by ELISA,respectively. The results showed:the levels of melatonin were increased significantly in short lighting group and decreased significantly in long lighting groups,and comparing with the control group,the difference was significant (P〈 0.05);the numbers of WBC and the contents of γ-IFN increased significantly with increasing the level of melatonin in short lighting group and decreased significantly with decreasing the level of melatonin in long lighting group,and comparing with the control group,the difference was very significant (P〈0.01). It suggested that the level of the endogenous melatonin could affect the numbers of WBC and the contents of γ-IFN significantly.
