摘 要:为探索激光在修复皮肤切口方面的应用,以10只大白兔背部皮肤切口自身对照。左侧用手枪式CO2激光器,以功率1.2W、光斑直径0.5mm、导光口与皮肤距离1cm扫描切口,使其融合。右侧切口常规丝线缝合。结果显示,激光融合皮肤切口具有异物反应轻、愈合快、无瘢痕等优点,表明低能量激光融合皮肤切口是减少术后瘢痕较理想的方法,有临床应用价值。T Laser assisted tissue melting has been reported to be of mild injury and scar formation. In this experiment 40 skin wounds were made in 10 rabbits. 20 wounde were closured by CO 2 laser melting. The other 20 closured by surgical suturing served as a control group. The CO 2 laser irradiation was performed with a power of 1.2 W, a spot size 0.5 mm in diameter, and the distance between skin and the laser tip was 1.0 cm. The animals were observed for 20 days and skin biopsy specimens were taken for histopathological examination at 3, 7, 9 days after treatment. The results showed that the wound closured by CO 2 laser melting healed earlier with less foreign body reaction and a hardly discernible scar, but those closured by suturing healed with considerable inflammation and scar formation. We would conclude that a low power CO 2 laser assisted tissue melting might be a good management to closure skin wounds, and in particular, desirable in cosmetology.
