摘　　要：介绍了基于空间光调制器的灰度掩模系统制作环形光栅.将二元光学方法与环形光栅的概念结合起来,为制作可以集成到光电系统的环形光栅以及其他光学元件提供了一条较好的思路.We introduce a method of manufacturing circular grating with spatial light modulator grayscale mask. Combining binary optics methods with the notion of circular grating, it offers a good thinking for circular grating and other optic elements that can be assembled into photoelectricity system.
