摘  要:研究应用ACQ防腐剂、改性UF树脂和特制CHC添加剂,调制成相溶的环保型复合改性剂,采用一次性真空浸渍处理杉木间伐材,使处理材达防腐、防虫、防霉、强化复合改性目的.其优化工艺参数:浸渍压力0.7 MPa、加压时间2 h、ACQ/UF体积比4∶1,提高各项力学性能指标为:顺纹抗压强度、抗弯弹性模量、抗弯强度、磨耗量(径面、弦面)各增加21%、11.2%、32.92%(160%、162%).处理材密度可增加30%以上,经扫描电镜微观结构分析,其渗透性良好.In this paper, a new kind of environmental soluble compound modifying agent was studied which was a solution consisting of a new type preservative alkaline copper quaternary( ACQ), UF resin and special CHC chemical additive. Impregnated in the vacuum, thinning wood of Cunninghamia lanceolata can be preservative, antimildew, antimold and reinforced. The optimal technical parameters were: Soaking pressure 0. 7 MPa, pressure time 2 h, volume ratio of ACQ to UF 4: 1. All following mechanical properties were increased respectively, in which compression strength by 21%, the MOE by 11.2%, MOR by 32. 9%, abrasion amount of quarter section and tangential section by 160%, 162% respectively. The density of the treated wood was increased by above 30%. The result of SEM showed that permeability of the wood was good.
