摘  要:用不同浓度的假单孢菌Ⅱ型(Pseudomonassp.biotypeⅡ)毒素液处理黑松松针,按时间顺序测定与细胞防御酶系统有关的酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量的变化.结果表明:1)经原液和稀释5倍毒素液处理24 h的黑松松针的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)酶活性均高于对照且达到最大值,此后原液处理的黑松松针酶活性有逐渐下降的趋势,稀释5倍处理的酶活性保持不变.2)经原液和稀释5倍的毒素液处理24 h的黑松松针超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性达到活性高峰,与对照值的差异显著.3)毒素使过氧化物酶(POD)活性有逐渐上升的趋势,稀释5倍和原液处理的毒素液对黑松松针POD活性的影响基本相同,在处理72 h内活性一直为升高状态.4)经毒素处理后黑松松针多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性增加,但稀释5倍的毒素诱导其活性较原液增加得快,活性高峰出现得早.5)可溶性蛋白含量:经毒素处理后黑松松针内可溶性蛋白含量较对照处理的含量有所增加.Pine needles were treated with different concentration of toxin from Pseudomonas sp. biotype Ⅱ, and the changes in the defensive enzyme activities and the content of protein-soluble were detected. The results showed as follows : The activities of PAL in pine needle cells treated with original fermentation liquid (OFL) or OFL diluted five times (5 x ) in 24 hours were higher than that of the control, then the activity of PAL treated with OFL descended, while the activity of PAL treated with the OFL diluted 5 x remained the same. Theactive peak of SOD in pine needle cells treated with OFL or OFL diluted five times appeared in 24 hours, it was different from the control. The activity of POD in pine needle cells treated with the toxin was increased. The effects of OFL and OFL diluted five times on activity of POD were the same essentially. The active remain increasing within 72 hours. The activity of PPO treated with diluted OFL 5 x increased faster than that treated with OFL. As for protein-soluble, the content treated with the toxin increased.
