摘　　要：现代服务业在国民经济发展中的作用已经越来越重要。虽然山东省的现代服务业已有了很大发展,但仍旧存在一些制约因素。“十一五”期间必须采取一系列措施,促进现代服务业持续、健康、快速地发展。Modem service industry plays a more and more important role in national economy, There are also some constraints though Shandong province has developed modern service industry well. We must take a series of measures to develop modern service industry continually, normally and quickly during the ＂The Eleventh Five＂.
