摘　　要：研制了一种新型智能仪器,它用离子敏场效应晶体管[ISFET]作为传感器来测定青霉素。该仪器以TM320LF2407A DSP芯片作为控制核心,文中给出了其硬件组成方框图、传感器信号处理电路原理图及DSP与LCD的接口电路图,还给出了软件主程序流程图。最后,给出了青霉素效价测量的实验方法和结果。该仪器可和上位机进行通信,与之前由8031单片机控制的检测仪相比,其体积只有原来的1/3,且具有诸如更快的动态响应、更高的可靠性和稳定性、较宽的线性测量范围和较好的实时性等特点,其性能价格比得到了进一步的提高。A novel intelligent instrument was developed. It used ion-sensitive field effect transistor[ ISFT] as its sensor for penicillin determination. The instrument based on TM320LF2407A DSP chip, its hardware block diagram was given out. Its schematic circuit diagrams of sensor signal process were designed. Its schematic diagram of DSP with LCD interface circuit was designed. Its software main flowchart was given out. The method and result of the experiment were offered. This instrument can communicated with computer. Compared with the former one controlled by 8031 microcomputer,its volttme ise a third of the old one,it has such characteristics as faster dynamic response, higher reliability and stability, wider range of linear measurement and better real time, and the cost performance is enhanced further.
