摘　　要：介绍了一种以MCS-51单片机为基础设计的料浆水分含量自动检测与控制系统,叙述了该测控系统的设计特点,阐述了该测控系统的工作原理,从单片机的选择、外部存储器的扩展、A/D转换芯片和D/A转换芯片以及键盘和显示电路等方面进行了硬件电路设计,并从监控程序和执行程序方面对系统软件进行了设计,对监控程序设计作出了详细的说明,并给出了监控程序总的程序框图,简要地说明了预测模糊控制软件设计的方向,最后给出了测量结果。Introduces an automatic measuring andcontrolling system for water-content in material pulp, This system is based on MCS- 51 single-chip-computer, the design characteristic of the measuring and controlling system and the working theory are also introduced in this paper. Then, this paper designs the hardware circuit on the base of choosing single-chip-computer, extension of exterior memorizer, A/ D and D/A transition chips, keyboard and display of circuit. At the same time, this paper designs the system software on the base of supervising and controlling program and execution program, At these parts, author gives the detailed illumination on how to design supervising and controlling program, which author gives a general program framework chart then. At the end of this paper, it gives out the developmental direction of the design on predicting and fuzzy controlling program briefly, And then gives readers the result of measure,
