摘 要:氟骨症患者的骨X线片可见骨质增生,骨质密度增高,但轻微改变难以用肉眼分辨。本文用光密度仪测定80例氟骨症骨X线片,发现骨光密度指数与氟骨症骨X片分期一致,随骨质增生,骨X线片光密度指数增加;并与骨组织氟含量一致,随着组织氟含量升高而光密度指数也增加。60例氟骨症患者,用骨痹通天丸治疗后,骨X片肉眼观,未见骨质密度的改变,但经骨X片光密度测定,临床显效组的光密度指数下降大于有效组。因此,用骨X片光密度指数对诊断和药物治疗氟骨症疗效判断,较为客观和敏感指标。Osteogen hyperplasia and bone density increase can be observed in bone X-ray films of patients affected with osteofluorosis.But its difficult to identify slight change by the naked-eye.Bone X-ray films of 80 cases were examined by spectrophotometer,the results showed that the optical density index was consistent with the stage classification of the bone X-ray and the amount of fluorine in the bone tissue.The optical density index will increase along with the osteogen hyperplasia and the amount of fluorine increase 60 cases were teated with Chinese traditional medicine pill 'GuPiTongTianWan'.The bone density of bone X-ray films didnt show any changes visible to the nakedeye.But through examination by a spectrophotometer,the optical density index decreased more in the patient group with marked clinical effects.The author suggests that the optical density index of bone X-ray film is an objective and sensitive index for diagnosis and treatment assessment of osteofluorosis because it can reflect the changes of bone density inderectly.
