摘　　要：以S95标准中描述的生产能力的4个组成部分为基础,从深度和广度两方面对产能柔性的组成内容进行剖析,根据组成内容的特性定义了评价企业产能柔性水平的关键维度,建立了企业产能柔性的评价指标体系,并在该评价指标体系的基础上,结合实例应用AHP层次分析法对企业的产能柔性水平进行评价,为中小制造企业评价自身的生产系统产能柔性水平提供了一套理论评价方法.Based on the four ingredients of production capability flexibility defined in the S95 standard, production capability flexibility is analyzed intensively and extensively. Indexes and dimensionalities for evaluating the flexibility are detailed in this paper. A flexibility evaluation hierarchy model is established in terms of them. At last, AHP method is applied to evaluate the flexibility of an numerical instance.
