摘 要:对固井质量评价中第Ⅰ界面胶结可能出现的不同角宽度的周向窜槽和渐变窜槽的声波测井响应进行了物理模拟,探讨了首波到达时间、首波幅度与发射接收探头之间的自由套管面积之间的关系。实验结果表明,首波到时比首波幅度对发射接收探头之间的自由套管面积更敏感,结合首波到时和首波幅度可以更好地评价水平环状窜槽、突变窜槽和渐变窜槽,但却仍然难以评价小于1/4圆周水泥窜槽的存在和大小。Physical simulation experiments of cement bond logging were carried out to study the bonding quality of the interface between the casing and cement. The experiments cover two types of ce- ment-lacking-channel models, one for circular channels of different angular widl:h, and the other for channels with gradually decreasing void channel. We studied the relationship between the free-casing area between transmitter and receiver versus the travel time and amplitude of the first arrival. It was found that the first arrival time was more sensitive to the free casing area than the amplitude. Combining the time and amplitude of the first arrival improves the evaluation of zonal isolation problems for various channel models. We also find that it is difficult to detect and define the circular void channel of angular width less than 90 degrees with this method.
