摘  要:射孔枪中装配射孔弹的密度达到某一界限时会出现穿深减小并显著波动的现象,其原因是弹间干扰。改变射孔器结构和导爆索性能,按行业标准SY/T 6297-1997《油气井射孔器材评价的推荐作法》进行了地面混凝土靶射孔试验,测量它们对穿深的影响,研究弹间干扰产生的原因。试验结果分析显示,弹间距、导爆索长度和爆速是引起弹间干扰的主要原因;视起爆速度与弹间距及导爆索爆速之积成正比,与弹间导爆索长度成反比,其值过小时则出现明显的弹间干扰;降低弹间起爆时间是消除弹间干扰的有效方法。该定量分析方法可为射孔器的优化设计提供参考。When the charge density reaches a certain limit, the perforation depth will decrease and fluctuate remarkably. Its cause is the interference among charges. For studying the causes of the interference, perforation tests on concrete target are performed according to the Industry Standard SY/ T 6297-1997 “Recommend Practices for Evaluation of Well Perforators Test”, and a series of perforation depths are measured with altered configurations of perforator and modified performances of detonating cord. Analysis of the test data shows that charge clearance, length and speed of detonating cord are main causes of the interference;apparent detonating speed is directly proportional to product of the charge clearance and speed of detonating cord, and inversely proportional to the length of detonating cord;too slow apparent detonating speed will cause evident interference; decrease of detonating time between adjacent charges is a effective measure to avoid the interference. This quantitative analysis method could be referred to optimize design of perforator.
