摘　　要：现行大学生就业指导模式作为市场经济建立初期的一种过渡模式是有效的,但随着市场经济的不断完善和高等教育的不断发展,这种指导模式正经受严峻的挑战。要应对挑战和适应新形势的需要,必须把就业指导作为高等学校的重要任务来完成。同时,进一步增加投入,不断提高就业指导队伍的整体素质。此外,还要建立职业发展咨询机构,开设就业与职业生涯规划课程。The current pattern of employment guidance for students has played its role in the early period of market economy. However, with the market economy moving towards perfection and continuous development of higher education, the pattern is facing serious challenges. To adapt to the new situations, it is necessary to regard employment guidance as an important task for the university. Greater efforts and resources should be put into the job guidance and the quality of the guides should be enhanced. Besides, occupational development counseling institutes must be set up, providing occupation and career planning courses for students.
