摘  要:为解决介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子体发生器和电源的匹配问题,设计了DBD等离子体发生器,分析了它的伏安特性和放电功率,验证了临界放电频率对放电伏安特性的影响以及提高放电功率的方法。研究不同频率下功率因数和放电峰值电压的变化关系的结果表明:①高频放电易形成均匀稳定的微放电;②在发生器结构、工作气体属性及电气参数确定的前提下,发生器的最大功率因数及最佳峰值电压随放电频率的不同而发生相应变化。Dielectric barrier discharge( DBD) also called silent discharge, this is widely used for ozonizers. A pair of electrodes are used with at least one covered by a dielectric barriers such as alumina, quartz across the electrodes, the gas in the gap between them breaks down and a discharge streamer is formed. This streamer rapidly travels across the gap creating energetic electrons which lead to new chemistry reaction between the gas in the gap. When the streamer reaches the barrier, charge accumulates on the surface and locally cancels the electric field so that the streamer is extinguished. These streamers are randomly distributed throughout the gap volume , so that visually the gap has a uniform glow. DBD belongs to non-linear capacitance load, and its load characteristics will influence electrical parameters of DBD' s power. In order to settle the match problem between DBD plasma generator and the DBD's power, a DBD plasma generator is designed according to DBD theory, its load characteristics are analyzed such as V-A characteristic and discharge power. It is proved that there is a critical discharging frequency which deicide V-A characteristic, and discharge power can be increased through some ways as follows: ①enhance discharge frequency, ②adopt thin dielectric which dielectric constant is larger, ③enhance peak power voltage. The variation relationship between power factor and peak power voltage is also researched at different frequencies, there is a optimal peak power voltage which make power factor maximal at a certain frequency. The results are as follows: ①The homogeneous micro-discharge will appear in a certain range of high frequency, ②With the different discharge frequency, the maximum power factor and the optimal peak power voltage will change accordingly when some factors are confirmed such as the structure of plasma generator, gas properties and electrical parameters.
