摘　　要：小儿先天性巨细胞包涵体病是一种较少见的以母体所感染的巨细胞病毒(CMV)通过胎盘主要造成胎儿神经系统损伤的宫内感染性疾病。临床可有运动、智力及行为等的异常。本文结合临床,着重探讨本病的 CT 诊断问题。The purpose of this article this explore the image diagnosis of cytomegalic inclusion diseases in children CT manifestations and clinical data for 11 patients with congenital giant cell inclusion Hisease confirmed in twelve years was discussed retrospectively.The results showed that the diag- nosis could be confirmed depending on ventricular dilation,periventricular irregular lowdensity areaeriventricular patchy calcification and microcephaly.In addition,in neonatal period, hemolytic jaundice and hepatosplenomegaly and motive,mental and behavior disorder in growth stage might be helpful to the diagnosis.
