头孢地秦治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价头孢地秦治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的有效性和安全性。方法92例老年社区获得性肺炎病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各46例病人。治疗组予头孢地秦钠静脉滴注;对照组予左氧氟沙星静脉滴注,观察两组的有效率和副作用发生情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93·47%和91·3%,治愈率分别为78·26%和73·9%;细菌清除率分别为89·28%和88·46%;不良反应分别为4·3%和8·7%;上述结果经统计学处理差异无显著性(P>0·05)。结论头孢地秦治疗老年社区获得性肺炎效果良好,不良反应发生较少且安全。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous cefodizime in treatment of senile pneumonia patients acquired in community. Methods 92 senile pneumonia patients acquired in community were randomly divided into treatment group and eontrol group, each consisted of 46 eases . The patients in reatment group were given 1.0g eefodizime sodium by intravenous injection two times a day for 7 - 10 days; the eases in control group were 300mg levofloxaein by intravenous injection two times a day for 7 - 10 days. Results Clinical cure rates and total effective rate in treatment group were 78.26% （36/46） and 93.47 （43/ 46）, 73.9% （34/46） and 91.3% （42/46） in the control group, the bacterial eradication rates in the two groups were 89.28% and 88,46%, respectively, without significant differences （P 〉 0.05）, The adverse effect rates were 4.3% and 8.7% in the two groups. Condusion Cefodizime is as effective as levofloxaein in treatment of senile pneumonia patients.
