计生网络普查干预育龄妇女生殖道感染的结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解龙岗区的户籍已婚育龄妇女生殖道病原体感染状况及其干预效果。方法从2001年以来,利用计划生育服务网络对全区49岁以下的已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染情况进行免费普查干预,低费治疗,统计分析相关资料数据。结果不同年龄组已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染阳性率不同,综合干预后育龄妇女生殖道感染率逐年下降。结论发挥计生网络优势,普查干预已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染,可以明显降低其感染阳性率,提高广大育龄妇女的生殖健康水平。Objective To understand the status of reproduction tract infections （RTIs） in women of childbearing age in Longgang District, Shenszhen City and analyze the results of intervention. Methods The status of reproduction tract infection in women under the age of 49 years was surveyed and intervention including charge - free treatment was conducted. The results were analyzed. Results The reproduction tract infection rates varied in different age groups of women of childbearing age. The reproduction tract infection rates were reduced year by year after intervention. Conclusion The reproduction tract infection rate in women of childbear- ing age can be reduced through intervention by family planning network and the health level of women can be enhanced.
