摘  要:目的用动态心电图(Holter)观察航海晕动病对心脏的影响,探讨其发生的机制及系列抗晕船口服液的抗晕效果。方法应用动态心电图对参加海防训练的官兵进行监测,在第3次同等条件下训练时,重度晕船官兵服用自行研制的抗晕船系列药物后,观察动态心电图的变化。结果动态心电图监测下,有晕动病的官兵各种心律失常的发生率显著增加,心率变异性的幅度显著增大。系列抗晕船口服液能减轻晕船症状、减少心律失常的发生率、减小心率变异性幅度。结论防晕船口服液具有明显的预防晕船作用,其抗运动病机制可能与降低过高的迷走神经兴奋性有关。Objective To observe the influence of sailing kinetia on the heart by the application of Hoher electrocardiogram, and to investigate its mechanism and the effect of anti-kinetia oral solution. Methods detecting dynamic ECG of the officers and soldiers participating in coastal defense discipline;under the same condition of discipline, studing change of Hoher ECG after the officers and soldiers who suffered sea sickness taking anti-kinetia oral solution. Results both the incidence of all kinds of arrhythmias and the range of variability of heart rate were significantly increased in those officers and soldiers who suffer sea sickness without taking anti-kinetia oral solution. After taking anti-kinetia oral solutioed in second discipline,their symptoms of sea sickness relieve,both the incidence of all kinds of arrhythmias and the range of variability of heart rate decreased. Conclusions The prevent-sick syrup is effective in preventing sea-sickness and the down-regulation of high tension in the vagus nerves may have correlation with the prophylactic effect of kinetosis of the "preventsick syrup".
