四逆散和阿托品对离体兔肠平滑肌松弛作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较四逆散与阿托品对离体兔肠平滑肌的松弛作用。方法:采用离体器官实验法,将家兔离体肠管与生物信号采集处理系统相连,并置于恒温平滑肌浴槽中,观察四逆散与阿托品对兔肠管平滑肌收缩幅度的影响,比较两者的效能及效价强度。结果:四逆散可明显舒张兔肠平滑肌,且量效呈正相关性,其效能>阿托品(P>0.05),效价强度<阿托品。结论:四逆散舒张肠道平滑肌的作用与阿托品相当。Objective： To study the relaxation effects of Sinisan （SNS） and atropine on isolated intestinal smooth muscle of rabbit. Method： Isolated organic method was adopted. Isolated intestinal smooth muscle of rabbit which was put in constant temperature smooth muscle bath was connected with the system of biological signal collection and analysis recorder. Then to observe the contraction wavers changes of intestinal smooth muscle in SNS and atropine solution and to compare their efficacy and potency. Result： SNS can obviously relax intestinal smooth muscle, and the effect was dose dependent. Its maximum efficacy is higher than that of atropine（P〉0.05）and its potency is less than that of atropine. Conclusion： SNS has similar relaxation effect as atropine on isolated intestinal smooth muscle of rabbit.
