摘 要:目的:观察低强度激光血管照射对模拟失重兔显微红细胞聚集性的影响。方法:实验于2006-04/05在航天医学工程研究所生理学实验室完成。取32只健康雄性大耳白兔,数字表法将其随机分为激光照射组和对照组各16只。2组均以头低位倾斜20°悬吊法模拟失重,连续4d。激光照射组应用GX-2000A型铝镓铟磷半导体激光治疗仪(桂林康兴医疗器械公司),在悬吊同时给予功率5mW(波长650nm)激光耳腔照射,30min/次,1次/d,连续4d<对照组不给激光照射。悬吊前和悬吊第4天观察显微镜下两组兔红细胞聚集情况,按照红细胞聚集数目进行评分,聚集数越多,分值越高,红细胞黏度越高。结果:30只兔进入结果分析。悬吊前激光照射组显微红细胞黏度评分与对照组比较差异无显著性意义(1.3750±0.8427,1.1458±0.1982,P>0.05);悬吊4d后激光照射组显微红细胞黏度评分显著低于对照组(1.5208±0.8150,4.0208±0.9912,P<0.01)。结论:低强度激光血管照射可以显著改善模拟失重兔显微红细胞聚集性,提示低强度激光血管照射可用于改善航天失重状态下的“血瘀症”。AIM: To explore the effect of intravaseular low intensity laser irradiation in ear cavity on viscosity of red blood cell in rabbits of simulated weightlessness. METHODS: The experiment was completed in Physiology Lab of Space Medico-engineering Institute from April to May 2006. Thirty-two healthy male flap-eared rabbits were divided randomly into 2 groups: irradiation and control group with 16 in each group. Weightlessness was stimulated in the two groups at 20° head down position to suspend for 4 days. In the irradiation group the ear cavity was irradiated by 5mW laser (wave-length 650 nm) with GX-2000A Pb Ga In P semiconductor laser irradiations therapy (Guilin Kangxing Medical Instrument Co.), 30 minutes per day for 4 days, at the same time, head-down convenient was used. In the control group, rabbits were simulated weightlessness only. Viscosity of red blood cell was traced under microscope before irradiation and the 4^th day after completion of irradiation, respectively. According to the number of viscosity of red blood cell, the more the viscosity, the higher the score was and the higher the viscosity was. RESULTS: Totally 30 rabbits were involved in the result analysis. The viscosity of red blood cell showed no significant differences before convenient suspension between the irradiation group and control group (1.375 0±0.842 7,1.145 8±0.198 2,P 〉 0.05). While 4 days after suspension the viscosity of red blood cell was lower in the irradiation group than that in the control group (1.520 8±0.815 0,4.020 8±0.991 2, P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Intravascular low intensity laser irradiation in ear cavity of rabbits of simulated weightlessness may markedly lead to amelioration of hyperviscosity of red blood cell. This result may indicate that intravascular low intensity laser irradiation can improve the blood-stasis called in space medicine.
