摘　　要：目的:对参与维和行动的官兵进行人格和心理健康状态测查.方法:采用明尼苏达多项个性问卷(MMPI)和精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某部111名维和官兵进行测验.将MMPI测验结果与飞行人员和二炮官兵测验结果进行比较分析;将SCL-90测验结果与全国常模、全军常模和新兵测验结果进行比较分析.结果:①与飞行人员测验结果比较,除精神病性(Pd)和轻躁狂(Ma)外,两者间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);②在MMPI测验中,除Pd和妄想狂(Pa)外,维和官兵的原始分数与二炮官兵差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);③维和官兵SCL-90测验结果与全国常模、军人常模和新兵测验结果比较,SCL-90各分量表差异有统计学意义,均明显低于三组测验分数(P<0.01).结论:对执行重大任务的军人进行心理学评定是必要的,维和官兵具有健康的人格特征和良好的心理健康水平.AIM： To test the personality traits and psychological health status of the peacekeeping officers and soldiers. METHODS： Totally 111 peacekeeping officers and soldiers of a certain troop were tested by using Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory （ MMPI ） and Symptom CheckList 90 （ SCL-90 ）. The MMPI testing results were compared and analyzed with the ones of the previous tests on the pilots and the officers and soldiers of the second artillery troop, and the SCL-90 testing results with the norms of the whole nation and the whole army, and the testing results of the new recruits. RESULTS： ① Compared with the results of the previous test on the pilots, except Psychopathic deviate （Pd） and Hypomania （Ma）, the differences between them had some statistical significances （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ; ② In MMPI, except Pd and Paranoia （Pa）, the differences between the original marks of the peacekeeping officers and soldiers and the ones of the officers and soldiers of the second artillery troop had some statistical significances （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ; ③ The results of the peacekeeping soldiers and officers in SCL-90 were obviously lower than the ones of the norms of the whole nation and the whole army, and the data of the new recruits, which showed the statistical significances （P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION： It＇s necessary to make a psychological evaluation of the soldiery who will be on the important missions. The peacekeeping officers and soldiers have healthy personalities and are in good psychological health status.
