摘  要:目的:探讨脑磁感应断层成像中颅骨存在对边界磁场的影响.方法:将头颅近似为一个分层均匀介质球,激励和测量线圈位于球边界均匀放置.采用时谐电磁场分析方法推导出该模型的有限元方程并利用有限元分析软件仿真激励磁场分布.结果:获得了该模型的有限元方程、激励磁场的分布和边界上磁势的变化.有无颅骨时导体位置的变化均引起边界上磁势发生相应的变化,且两者变化趋势相同.结论:颅骨存在不影响边界上磁势的变化趋势.边界上磁势的变化可以被检测到.AIM: To study the influence of skull on the border in the brain magnetic induction tomography(MIT). METHODS: The head was simplified and approximated to a layered and symmetrical medium sphere, and the excited coil and the inducted coil were located in the border of the sphere. We obtained the field equations by the method of time harmonic electromagnetic field and the distribution of the excited magnetic field by the finite element analysis software. RESULTS: We obtained the changes of the magnetic potential on the border and the distribution of the excited coil and the trend of the magnetic potential on the border. The trend was the same with or without skull axistence. CONCLUTION : The changing trend of the magnetic potential on the border wouldn't be affected by the skull and the change can be detected.
