天冬胶栓塞作用的实验研究报告

摘　　要：目的:通过正常大鼠及荷原发性肝癌大鼠肝动脉给药研究天冬胶作为血管栓塞剂的可行性。方法:给正常大鼠及经二乙基亚硝胺(DENA)诱发原发性肝癌大鼠肝动脉注射天冬胶,注射时在X线透视下观察药物在肝脏内的分布情况。按时间分组处死后剖腹观察大鼠的肝、心、肺、肾、脑等器官的大体状况,并送病理检查。结果:①正常大鼠肝动脉内注入适量天冬胶(大约0.2 ml)后见肝动脉显示良好,可引起肝脏内散在的缺血梗死灶,而且大鼠可以存活。②如加大压力再注入0.1ml,将会造成正常大鼠肝动脉扩张及所有大鼠的死亡。③对荷原发性肝癌大鼠肝动脉内注射天冬胶后,药物除在肝动脉内分布外,还较多进入肿瘤组织内,且镜下见肿瘤结节内有大量梗死灶。结论:无论对正常大鼠,还是对荷原发性肝癌大鼠而言,天冬胶均为良好的末梢型血管栓塞剂。Objective：To research feasibility of asparagus colloid as vascular embolization agent. Methods： The asparagus colloid was administrated via liver artery of normal rats and rats with primary liver carcinoma induced by N-diethylnitroamine. The distribution of asparagus colloid in liver was observed by X-ray fluorography during injection. The animals were sacrificed and the groups were divided depeding on different time. The organs of rats, such as liver, heart, lung, kidney and brain, were observed by naked eye after paunching and the pathological examinations were made under microscope. Results： 1. After the moderate amount of asparagus colloid （about 0. 2 ml） was injected into hepatic arteries in normal rats, they showed well and the dispersed ischemic and necrotic focuses in liver. The rats could live. 2. When the injecting pressure increased, the quantity of asparagus colloid achieved about 0.3 ml. Then the hepatic arteries of normal rats dilated and all of the rats were died. 3. After the asparagus colloid was injected into hepatic arteries of rats with primary bepatoma, it distributed in hepatic arteries and more in the tumors. Many infarcted focuses were seen under microscope. Conclusion： The asparagus colloid could be as a vascular embolization agent for the peripheral vessel, whether for normal rats or rats with tumor.
