摘 要:研究结核状及砾状大洋富钴结壳浮选工艺。通过一粗二扫三精浮选流程,应用复合高效的捕收剂YHS及高效的调整剂TH,有效实现富钴结壳与基岩脉石矿物的浮选分离。闭路浮选结果表明,Co和Mn品位分别由原矿的0.339%和12.71%提高到精矿的0.520%和19.54%,回收率分别达到96.96%和97.22%,钴结壳浮选精矿产率为63.23%,抛弃产率为36.77%的基岩脉石尾矿。The flotation technology of cored and gravel cobalt-rich crust from the Pacific Ocean is investigated. The cobalt-rich crust is effectively separated from the bedrock gangue by the flowsheet of one rougher two cleaners three scavengers with the high-efficiency collector YHS and regulator TH. It is indicated by the results of the closed circuit flotation test that the grades of Co and Mn are increased from 0. 339 % and 12.71% in the crust to 0. 520 % and 19.54 % in the concentrate, the recoveries of Co and Mn are up to 96.96 % and 97.22 %, respectively. The yield of concentrate is 63.23 %, and the tailings dominantly consisting of bedrock gangue is about 36.77%.
