摘 要:为了探讨离子在实际锅炉水相与取样水之间迁移转化规律的异同,找出适用于锅炉水相电导率较精确的还原方法。选取不同的Na3PO4、NaOH、Na2HPO4配比的水溶液模拟六种典型工况下的锅炉水相,跟踪测试了系统在20 ̄70℃(ΔT=5℃)范围内电导率随温度变化。求出了各水相的电导温度系数和电导活化能。实验及计算结果表明:(1)各水相电导温度系数存在明显差别;(2)锅炉水相的电导温度系数取各离子浓度和电导温度系数乘积的加权平均值较为准确;(3)电导活化能是反映炉水中离子迁移和反应能力的一个重要的表征指标。In order to study the differences and similarities between real boiler water and its samples. Na2PO4, NaOH, Na2HPO4 have been selected as model substances to simulate six kinds of boiler water aqueous in typical working conditions. The changes of electrical conductivity of model aqueous at different temperatures (20-75℃, △T = 5℃ ) have been traced. Observing the electrical conductivity of the model solutions, the temperature coefficients and activation energies are obtained respectively. It is found that: (1)The temperature coefficients of six aqueous differ from each other. (2)Using the weighted average value, the temperature coefficients should be more accurate.(3 )The electrical conductivity activation energy is a vital parameter for indicating the potentials of ions transport and reaction in boiler water.
