摘 要:重点研究厌氧复合反应器处理难降解退浆废水的启动,试验结果表明,在中温(35±3)℃、pH 8.0左右的情况下50 d迅速启动,COD去除率>60%,并培养出适应水质要求的厌氧颗粒污泥;经过弹性立体(YDT)填料和组合填料的挂膜比较发现:组合填料比YDT填料挂膜快、三相分离效果好、COD去除效果高2%~8%。The start-up of hybrid anaerobic reactor for treating poor degradable desizing wastewater has been studied emphatically. The start-up of hybrid anaerobic reactor, the filter medium the retained biomass and the cultivation of anaerobic granular sludge suitable for desizing wastewater are completed within 50 d. The results show that hybrid anaerobic reactor is characterized by fast start-up, operation stable and effective treatment capacity at medium temperature(35±3)℃, and pH is about 8.0. The stable COD removal rate is above 60% at the end of start-up reactor. Compared the YDT filter medium with mixing filter medium,it is found that mixing filter medium is very effective as a gas- liquid- solid separator. Its retained biomass is better than YDT filter medium, and has higher COD removal rate, about 2% to 8% higher than YDT filter medium.
