摘　　要：市场经济内涵了个性至上、利益本位、效率优先和实效原则的本质特点,遵从着自由、平等、公平、公正的价值理念。两者的契合与协调体现为社会正义的实现。实际上,作为社会资源主要配置手段的“市场”,其效力时刻激励着市场主体的自由发展;作为市场的积极参与者的“政府”,其张力不同程度地渗透到市场,维护着市场的规则和社会的正义。如何看待和处理市场条件下政府张力中的人的自由则是市场经济发展的永恒主题。人类,尤其是现代人类,最终就是在政府、市场与自由[1]的协调中获得解放、步入自由王国的。因此,在现阶段探讨市场、政府与公民自由的关系,研究公民自由的实现途径,对我国社会主义民主政治建设有着重要的现实意义。Market economy has the characters of individuality paramount, profit standard, efficiency priority and actual effect principle, and it also pursues the values of freedom, equality, fairness and justice. The social justice would be realized if the two facet of market economy were corresponsive and harmony. In fact as the main mean of social resources distribution, the market ceaselessly inspire the subjects to develop freely as well as the government＇s tensile force penetrate into market in different degree and maintain the hales of market and social justice as the positive participator of market. It is the permanent subject matter of the development of market economy that how we look on and deal with people＇s freedom under the tensile force of government in the framework of market economy. Absolutely, human being, especially modern man, will get the liberation and step into the free kingdom in the coordination of government, market and freedom. So, it has important and realistic meaning for the construction of socialist democratic politics in our country that we probe into the relation of market, government and citizen＇s freedom, research approaches of realization of citizen＇s freedom in the present time.
