XSLC Reconstruct A Launch Pad For First Moon Mission

摘　　要：Xichang Satellite Lauch Center （XSLC） is reconstructing the No.3 launch pad for China＇s Lunar Exploration Program. The main body of the modified pad was completed in September and facilities will be installed in October this year. The launch pad will be tested in early 2007 and put into use in March 2007. More than 30 domestic and foreign satellites will be launched from XSLC in the coming 5 years.
