NAH方案治疗高血压的疗效观察与经济学评价

摘　　要：目的:观察NAH个体化治疗方案在高血压病人中的降压疗效、血压控制率、不良反应和依从性及其经济学评价。方法:从2005年4月—2006年3月对吴忠市金积镇289例高血压病人进行NAH个体化治疗方案的临床应用和观察,主要观察指标是第10周时降压达标率(血压<140/90mmHg)及医疗费用。结果:血压平均从(168.6±14.8)/(98.4±10.2)mmHg降到(131.6±3.2)/(79.4±5.3)mmHg,第10周时达标率为89.4%。治疗过程中未发现任何严重不良反应事件。自发报告的不良反应发生率较低,97.8%的病人按治疗方案服药。治疗费用平均每人每月24.00元,平均每人每天0.80元。结论:高血压病人使用NAH个体化治疗方案,显示具有较强的降压作用,较高的降压达标率,较低的不良反应发生率,较好的治疗依从性以及低廉的医疗费用,适合在经济欠发达地区推广应用。Objective ： The observe of the antihypertension effects, control rates for blood pressure, side effects compliece and economical evaluation by adoption the individual treatment protocol of ＂Nifedipine Atenolol Hydrochlorithicide （NAH）＂ in 289 hypertensive patients. Methods ： from April 2005 to March 2006, a total of 289 hypertensive case in 16 countries of Wuzhong Ninxia. Were enrolled and treanted using the individual treatment protocol of NAH for l0 weeks. Results： mean blood pressure were found to be significantly lowered form（168.6± 14.8）/（98.4± 10.2） mmHg to （ 131.6 ±3,2）/（79.4±5.3 ）. The control rates for blood pressure at the 10th week were 87.4%, No serious accident event and few side effects （2.2%） were observed during the course of the treatment. Most patients （97.8%） were treated according to the individual treatment protocol, with a self-reported symptoms of 0.8%. Conclusion： The individual treatment protocol of NHA have stronger effects and higher control rates for blood pressure, as well as lower side effects compliance and low-priced medical expense.
