摘 要:采用一段磨矿-部分混合浮选-混精铜铅分离、混选尾矿选锌流程及无氰药剂,提高了精矿品位及铜、铅、锌、银回收率。工业试验指标为:铜精矿铜品位由16.43%提高到25.31%、含铅由27.82%下降到12.64%;铅精矿铅品位由63.32%提高到65.10%、含铜由2.87%下降到0.72%;锌精矿锌品位由44.68%提高到47.43%。铜、铅、锌、银回收率分别为72.56%、87.60%、67.26%和86.26%,与原工艺相比、分别提高了46.70%、2.62%、1.48%和7.33%。新工艺已成功转产,使矿山取得了明显的经济效益。Higher selective composite collectors and combined depressants without cyanide were used in part-bulk flotation and Cu-Pb separation of Pb-Zn ore containing silver and copper. By using this new technology,the concentrate quality and recovery can be greatly increased.The grades of Cu,Pb,Zn concentrates obtained in industrial test were 25. 31% Cu,65.10% Pb and 47.43% Zn respectively,and recoveries were 72.56% Cu,86.60% Pb,67.26% Zn and 86.26% Ag.The recoveries have been increased by 46.70% Cu,2.62% Pb,1.48% Zn and 7.33% Ag respectively compared with the previous process technology.Great profits have been gained from this process.
