摘 要:目的:运用近红外漫反射光谱技术,以标准中药材为样本建立指纹图谱库,对样品进行快速、无损的定性鉴别。方法:分别用三种数据块(原谱、一阶导数光谱、二阶导数光谱)在不同的谱区范围建立了金丝桃、蓝桉、楮实子3种中药材的NIRDRS指纹图谱库,对未知样品进行鉴别。结果:改善了采样技术和标准化数据处理技术之后,3种中药材能够唯一鉴别。结论:NIRDRS指纹图谱库的建立是可行的,该方法能更全面、可靠地反映待测样品的特征信息,具有广泛的应用前景。Objective: To establish fingerprint databases with standard traditional Chinese herbs by NIRDRS and rapidly discrimi- nate the samples. Method: The databases of NIRDRS for Hypericum,Eucalyptus globules and broussonetia papyrifera were established within suitable spectral ranges with three kinds of data block( original spectrum, first-order derivative spectrum and second-order derivative spectrum ) to discriminate unknown samples. Result: Three kinds of traditional Chinese herbs could be solely discriminated as long as the spectral measurement technique was optimized and the data processing technique were standardized. Conclusion: The establishment of NIRDRS database was feasible. Database technique provided complete and more reliable reflection on the feature.
