摘  要:探讨了以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体树脂、菠萝香精作为增香剂制备香味塑料的配方,并考察了温度、香精和填料加入量等因素对香味塑料的物理性能和香味持久性的影响。结果表明;香精的加入量对制品力学性能的影响很小,在高温下填料有效遏制香味的挥发,提高香味持久性,但会影响制品的透明性。Fragrant PVC sheet was prepared by introducing pineapple essence into the resin via two-roll milling. The content, type, and volatility of the essence, and mixing temperature on the fragrant feature of the sheet were studied. Only 1% of the essence was sufficient to give a proper fragrance and mechanical properties were not affected. The volatility index decreased with time elapsing and the release of fragrant flavor lasted for more than half a year.
