摘 要:露天开采电铲卡车工艺、大型轮斗工艺和拉铲工艺都具有大型设备众多、组织管理复杂、安全隐患大等特点,并且后两者还是国内较新的工艺,这就使得高效直观的生产工艺展示以及安全培训技术手段和作业风险性研究,成为上述工艺能否成功应用的制约因素。本文研究了基于虚拟现实技术,应用Pro-E和3 D MAX软件,对露天开采工艺及其风险状况进行模拟的技术途径,建立了大型露天矿人-机-矿山虚拟环境,直观形象的模拟了轮斗、单斗卡车和拉铲三种工艺流程,同时可以进行重点风险部位的动态识别。系统为职工生产与安全培训提供了一个良好的平台。Shovel-truck technology, Bucket wheel excavator-belt technology (BWE in short) and dragline stripping technology all have the characteristics of large equipments being numerous, the organization management being complicated and the potential safety risk being big, And latter two are also all new production technologies of domestic, all of those cause the technique methods of highly effective direct-viewing production technology demonstration as well as safe training and the work risk study being the restriction factor whether the above crafts apply successfully. The technique path of simulating mining technology and risk state was studied, which was based on the virtual reality and the Pro-E and the 3 D MAX software were used. The virtual environment of person-machine-mineral in some large surface coalmine was set up, the process of BWE, shovel-truck and dragline stripping technologies were simulated intuitionally and visually, the important risking parts were identified dynamically at the same time. The system provides the platform for training the miners to master the operation process and the safety production.
