摘 要:煤矿通风中广泛使用的70B2型轴流通风机的实际运行效率偏低,作者分析指出了导致这一结果的原因。为改善其性能,提高尚在服役中的该类型风机运行的经济性,提出了根据矿井通风的实际要求,对70B2风机进行的经济型改造方案,以取得最高效率和取得设计工况与要求工况最大程度接近为双目标函数,导出了风机改造优化设计的数学模型。运用这一模型对矿用70B2-21No24轴流风机进行了改造,结果使该风机在通风容易和困难时期的运行效率相对改造前工况分别提高了21%和15%.One of the common problems for the 70B 2 axial flow fan widely used in the ventilation of coal mines is its low practical operating efficiency,which is caused by the backwards of the fan itself and the seriously unmatching between the fan and the ventilation requirement .In order to improve the performance of the fan and economize the expense of the fan in service,an economical improvement scheme is proposed based on the mathematical model of optimizing the fan property improvement presented in this paper.An overall improvement design is made correspon dingly.By applying this technique to a 70B 2 21 No.24 axial flow fan used in the field of a certain coal mine,it is shown that the operating efficiency of the fan in two typical periods′ i.e.,ventilating easy period and ventilating diffacult period,has increased 21% and 15% respectively.
