摘 要:本法采用25%(NH4)2CO3和H2O2溶解UF4,利用237-季铵萃淋树脂色谱分离技术,将UF4中铀与待测杂质元素在6.5mol·L(-1)HNO3介质中定量分离后,及975型ICP直读光谱仪同时测定UF4标准物质中Cr、Fe、Mo、Ni和Ti。取样300mg时,分析结果均落在标准值的置信区间内,相对标准偏差<10%。测定下限为0.04×10-6~0.073×10-6。The 237--quaternary ammonium levextrel resin chromatography was used to sepsrate 5 trace elements in UF. CRMs. The sample was dissolved in 25% (NH4)2CO3 and H2O2 solution, which was evaporated dry with NHO3. The residue was dissolved in 1mL 6. 5mol.L-1 HNO3, and the uranium was separated by chromatographic column. The 5 trace elements Cr,Fe,Mo,Ni and Ti contained in the eluant were determined with 975 type ICP direct reading spectrometer. For a sample of 300mg,the detection limits were 0. 04 ×10--6 to 0. 073 × 10-6,and RSD was <10%.
