摘　　要：本文介绍了采用MSP430系列单片机为核心的用于居民住宅的按实际热能消耗量计量收费的热量分配表。该热量分配表实现了超低功耗设计。对硬件构成、系统工作原理等问题进行了讨论,并且对于热量分配表的安装位置进行了研究。In this paper the texas instruments＇ MSP430 series is used as the core to design the heat cost allocator by which the residents are charged according to the heat actually consumed. The heat cost allocator is designed for low power consumption. The structure of hardware and the working principle of the system are discussed. And the proper position of the heat cost allocator is also studied here.
