摘  要:目的探讨补肾壮阳胶囊中人参、锁阳、枸杞子等药材的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以人参皂苷Rg1、Re的含量为提取工艺评价指标,考察加水量、煎煮次数、煎煮时间3个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果确定最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量水煎煮2次,每次1小时。结论提取工艺条件合理可行。Objective To optimize the extraction condition of active ingredients of traditional Chinese herb medicine,Bushen Zhuangyang capsule. Methods The orthogonal design was used to test the three main factors including decoction frequency, the ratio (w/w) of water to material, and decoction time. The contents of ginsenosides Rgl and Re were used as guide to evaluate the extraction efficacy. Result and Conclusion The optimum conditions relevant to the three main factors were as follows: 10 times (w/w) of water to material ,2 times of decoction and 2 h each. The method is suitable for process of Bushen Zhuangyang capsules.
