摘 要:目的了解持续不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者左心室的结构、功能与Q-T离散度(Q-Td)的关系。方法测量Q-Td、校正的Q-T离散度(Q-Tcd),用心脏彩超测量左心室的结构、功能。结果CAPD患者左心室的结构和功能、Q-Td、Q-Tcd与正常对照组比较差异有显著性,CAPD患者的左心室结构及射血分数与Q-Tcd显著相关。结论腹透患者Q-Td的异常与左心室结构、功能的改变有关,左心室肥厚是导致Q-Td异常的一个重要因素,测量Q-Tcd可间接反映腹透患者的左心室状况。Objective To investigate the relationship between QT dispersion (QTd) of the continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients and the left ventricular structure and function. Method 12 - lead ECGs were recorded, and Q - Td and corrected Q - Td (Q - Ted ) were analyzed. The left ventricular structure and function was measured with echocardiography. Results There are significant differences in Q - Td, Q - Ted and the left ventricular structure and function between the CAPD patients and the control group. There is a significant correlation between Q -Ted in the CAPD patients and the left ventricular structure and systolic function. Conclusion Abnormal Q - Td of the CAPD patients relates to the change of the left ventricular structure and function. Left ventricular hypertrophy is one of the important factors that cause abnormal Q - Td. Measurement of Q - Ted may indirectly reflect the condition of the left ventricle.
