摘 要:以马尾松为砧木的雪松嫁接技术试验表明:选用木质化程度高、生长健壮的马尾松1年生苗作砧木,基径以0.3~0.4cm为宜;接穗为雪松1年生枝条,长度以10cm、粗度以0.2~0.3cm为宜;砧木与接穗粗度比例为1:0.7;用形成层贴接法嫁接于砧木苗干基部6cm范围内。试验共嫁接4334株,成活率达85%。当年新梢生长50cm,3年生苗高在2m以上。Experimental results on grafting for Cedrus deodara, showed that when Pinus massoniana yearlings with hight lignification were used as stocks, their basal diameter of 0. 3 -0. 4 cm was optimal, and one-year-old cedar branches with the length of 10 cm and diameter of 0. 2 - 0. 3 cm were suiffully used as scions. Eighty-five percent of 4 334 scions grafted in the experiment survived. Average height growth of grafted saplings reached 50 cm in the first year, and the height of three- year-old saplings was over 2 m.
