摘　　要：采用动态仿真的方法,对旋转式发射装置箔条质心干扰防御反舰导弹的干扰弹发射决策进行了定量分析,提出舰载旋转式发射装置箔条质心干扰发射决策的原则和方法;并通过仿真分析获得了提高箔条质心干扰成功概率的主要战术途径和战斗实施方法。In the condition of knowing the situation of each other and condition of battlefield, by compare the counter effect of different launch angle, the best launch scheme was found, and the counter effect was noted. The infection of many factors in the war was analyzed quantitatively. At last, the use principle of shipborn electronics countermeasure system was summarized.
