摘 要:试验了钛石膏中亚铁含量对水泥性能的影响,并检测了用处理后的钛石膏作缓凝剂的水泥物理性能及所配混凝土的收缩值,结果表明,掺钛石膏的水泥与掺天然石膏的水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间基本一致;钛石膏的掺量达4%~7%时,水泥的各龄期强度均比掺天然石膏的高;所配混凝土的收缩值基本相同。并进行了大磨中试,表明处理后的钛石膏完全可以代替天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂。The effect of the content of Fe^2+ in titanium gypsum on cement properties was studied, and the cement properties and concrete shrinkage with the treated titanium gypsum as retarder were tested. The results showed that the water requirement for normal consistency and setting time of cement with titanium gypsum cement were similar to those with natural gypsum cement. If the amount of titanium gypsum in cement was 4%-7%, the strength at each curing age of cement was higher than that of the cement admixed with natural gypsum normally, and the shrinkage of concrete was similar. After pilot test we thought that the titanium gypsum could replace natural gypsum as retarder.
