摘 要:分别采用重量法、蒸馏法和X射线荧光光谱法测定含亚硫酸钙的脱硫灰中硫含量。结果表明:以GB/T176—1996《水泥化学分析法》和GB/T5484—2000《石膏化学分析法》中的基准法即重量法不能准确测定含亚硫酸钙的脱硫灰中的硫含量;蒸馏法可以较准确测定,所研发的蒸馏-双氧水吸收法原理与GB/T5009.34—2003蒸馏法基本相同,其操作更简便;X射线荧光光谱法通过建立标准曲线后,可以准确而又快速地检测脱硫灰中亚硫酸钙及硫酸钙总的硫含量。The traditional chemical analysis, distillation method and XRF were used to measure the sulfur content in desulphurize slag contained calcium sulfate. The results showed that the gravimctric method commanded by GB/T176-1996 〈Method for chemical analysis of cement〉 and GB/T5484-2000 〈Method for chemical analysis of gypsum〉 was inaccurate to measure the sulfate content while the distillation method was comparatively aeeurate. The theory of self-developed distillation-hydrogen peroxide absorption method resembled that of distillation method in GB/T5009. 34, and its operation were simplified. The XRF method based on standard crave could determine the total sulfur content in desulphurize slag accurately and rapidly.
