摘 要:探讨超滤提纯高山红景天浸提液中的主要有效成分。对浸提液微滤后超滤处理,分别用烘干法、紫外分光光度法、吸光度法对溶液中的总固体含量、主要有效成分红景天甙和酪醇(以红景天甙计)的含量和溶液中杂质的截留去除效果进行了测定。在料液浓度0.1 g/mL(生药含量),pH=7.0,温度40℃,料液流速530 mL/m in,操作压力0.1MPa的条件下进行超滤实验,溶液中的总固体含量由0.348 5 g/10 mL下降到0.112 2 g/10 mL,主要有效成分的纯度由4.60%提高到12.93%(wt.),超滤过程的回收率达到90.38%,全过程的总回收率为85.35%。超滤是分离提纯高山红景天浸提液中主要有效成分的简便、有效方法。The microfiltrated extraction liquid of Rhodiola sachalinensis was ultrafiltrated, and the contents of total solids and main active components (salidroside and p-tyrosol), and the rejection and removal effects of impurities in the extraction were analyzed and measured by the methods of drying, ultraviolet spectroscopy and absorption. The total content of solids was reduced from 0. 348 5 g/mL to 0.112 2 g/mL and the purity of the main active components was raised from 4.60% to 12.93% (wt.) under the experimental conditions of feed concentration of 0.1 g/mL (of the raw material), pH = 7.0 and temperature of 40℃ , feed flow velocity of 530 mL/min and operation pressure of 0. 1 Mpa. The recovery ratio of the ultrafiltration process was as high as 90.38% and the recovery ratio of the total process was 85.35%. It is thus concluded that ultrafiltration is a convenient and effective method for the purification of the main active eomponents of the extraction liquid of R. sachalinensis.
