摘　　要：北京市农村基层严重缺乏合格的实用型医学人才,医疗卫生专业队伍老化,专业技术人员继续教育渠道不畅,人才流失严重。深化教学模式的改革,建立面向京郊农村贫困地区定向招生、定向培养的长效机制和积极筹建高水准、巩固的农村医疗卫生人才培训基地是在短时期内解决农村医疗卫生人才匮乏的有效途径。The countryside of Beijing seriously lacks the qualified practical medical talents, the professional contingent gets aging, the continuing education channel of specialized technical personnel is somehow impeded, brains＇ drain is serious. Deepening educational model reform, establishing permanent mechanism of oriented student recruitment and oriented training facing the rural impoverished area of Beijing and positively preparing for the construction of high standard, consolidated training bases of rural medical service should surely solve the problem of deficient medical service in countryside in the short period.
