摘 要:采用常规的双辊混炼法制备出了剥离型的天然橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料。利用透射电子显微镜观察复合材料的亚微观形态,测试了材料的物理性能,研究了材料的应力-应变变化曲线,表征了材料的加工流动性变化,测试结果表明制备出了剥离型纳米复合材料,低填充量(小于3份)时力学性能大大提高,应力-应变明显变化,加工流动性略有不同。Natural rubber (NR)/organoclay exfoliated nanocomposites was prepared by direct two-roll compounding. The nanocomposites substructure was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and its mechanical properties and stress-strain curve was studied, and the processability of nanocomposites was characterized by Mooney viscosity testing. The results showed that the organoclay was exfoliated in the NR matrix, and as the filler loading below 3 phr, the mechanical properties of the product improved greatly, and the stress-strain curve changed markedly,with the processability changed a little.
