7075铝合金筒形机匣等温精锻方案研究

摘　　要：通过理论分析和大量的工艺试验，制定了７０７５铝合金筒形机匣等温精锻的成形工艺方案，确定了精锻时采用分瓣式组合凹模及其模具结构。介绍了方案实施的有关技术措施。By means of theoretical analysis and repeated experiment,the isothermal precision forging process of 7075 aluminium-alloy cylindrical housing was studied. An assembled female die and the structure of the die were determined. The technology steps of the forging process are introduced.
