摘　　要：外资是发达国家和发展中国家经济发展过程中的重要外部资源。以钱纳里的“双缺口”理论为代表的发展经济学的观点认为,利用外资的关键是弥补“缺口”。20世纪初列宁就指出,学习技术和管理经验是利用外国直接投资的一个重要方面。遵循马克思主义的利用外资观点,借鉴西方经济学有关利用外资的主要理论,归结出区域经济地理学的利用外资的分析范式。Foreign capital is an important external resource during developed and developing countries＇ development. Development economics represented by H. B. Chenery＇s ＂Dual Gap Theory＂ states that the key to use foreign capital is to fulfill ＂gaps＂. In the early years of the 20th century, Lenin pointed out that it is an important part of exploiting foreign direct investment to learn technology and management experiences. We can follow Marxism points on foreign capital, refer western economics on use of foreign capital, conclude model of regional economical geography to use foreign capital.
