当归联合苯那普利治疗高血压30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较当归(Angelica Sinensis Diels)联合苯那普利与单用苯那普利对高血压(EH)患者血压(Bp)的影响。方法60例EH患者随机分为A、B两组,A组30例静滴当归联合苯那普利,B组30例只口服苯那普利,观察用药前、后患者血压的变化。结果A、B两组患者治疗后Bp均显著降低(P<0·01),但A组下降幅度更大(P<0·05)。未见有明显药物不良反应。结论当归联合苯那普利所产生的协同降压作用优于单用苯那普利,值得EH患者应用。Objective To observe the effects of Angelica plus Benazepril on change of blood pressure （Bp） in patients with essential hypertension （EH）. Methods Sixty patients with EH were randomly divided into two groups ： group A being given with Angelica plus Benazepril, group B taking Benazepril only for two consecutive weeks. Bp was monitored respectively before and after treatment. Results Compared with pretherapy, Bp in two groups were both significantly decreased after therapy, but it was declined more greatly in group A than in group B （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion On the basis of Benazepril adding Angelica injection possesses significant curative effect on treating EH, is superior to only administering Benazepril, so it is valuable to recommend and spread.
