摘　　要：论文在分数阶Hartley变换(FRHT)的基础上,提出了一种分数阶Hartley级数展开方法。这种新的展开方法可应用于任意中心频率的chirp类信号,克服了分数阶Hartley变换限制信号的中心频率必须等于特定值倍数的缺点。In this paper,we present a fractional Hartley series expansion method based on the fractional Hartley transform（FRHT）.The new expansion method can be applied to chirp signals with arbitrary central frequency and overcomes the defect that fractional Hartley transform is limited to those with central frequency equal to a multiple of a particular value.
