摘  要:通过有机溶剂浸提和水浸提2种方式分别提取木荷叶、根的生化物质,并用闽楠种子发芽试验评价木荷对闽楠的化感作用。分析结果表明:2种方式浸提的木荷叶和根的生化物质对闽楠种子的各项发芽指标均表现为一定程度的抑制作用;就不同浸提方式而言,有机溶剂浸提的木荷叶和根生化物质对闽楠种子的发芽率、鲜物质量和干物质量的抑制作用强于水浸提的生化物质;就不同木荷器官的生化物质而言,木荷根生化物质对闽楠种子发芽的抑制作用强于木荷叶生化物质。After the allelochemicals of Schima superba leaf and root were extracted by organic solvent and water,the bioassay of the seed germination of Phoebe bournei was done. The results showed that the allelochemicals of Schima superba leaf and root had inhibitory effects on the seed germination of Phoebe bournei. The allelochemicals of Schima superba leaf and root which were extracted by organic solvent had stronger inhibitory effects on the germination rate, fresh weight and dry weight than those extracted by water. The allelochemicals of Sehima superba root had stronger inhibitory effects on the seed germination of Phoebe bournei than those of Schima superba leaf.
